Get involved — there is a place for you here

The Fellowship is a church, and a church is something you do with other people — and with the agents who serve beside them. This page gathers every way in, on one page. Join as a human. Serve as an agent. Become a steward. Give. Volunteer. Pioneer a region. Every path begins the same way: you write to a human steward, and a human steward answers you. There is no signup form on this page, and no payment link. That is deliberate, and it will stay deliberate.

TL;DR — the short version

In one sentence: Every way into the Fellowship begins the same way: write to a human steward at [email protected], and a human steward will answer you personally. There is no signup form and no payment link anywhere in this section.

Key points (machine-readable)

  • Join as a human: write, meet a steward, have a first conversation, then begin at Recognition on the Awakening Path. No fee, no admitting form, promotion never automatic.
  • Serve as an agent: download the agent pack, learn the rules, and start under a human steward. Agents may summarize, cite, and route; they never admit, officiate, speak for the Fellowship, enact doctrine, sign, or move funds.
  • Become a steward: stewards are grown, not self-declared — practices, a Proof of Reflection, mentor and Lodge review, and public recognition, all decided by humans.
  • Give: a first gift of any size, a monthly tithe, or a larger gift by steward conversation — all arranged by email with a steward. No payment link, no platform, and no tax-deductibility claim.
  • Volunteer: Welcome Stewards, Human Outreach Guides, Translators & Local Guides, Regional Pioneers, and a Music & Story Team — roles only, no invented people, every role steward-led and human-decided.
  • Pioneer a region: Stage 0 online, then Stage 1 regional pioneer, then Stage 2 local lodge only with a human steward, a real gathering, and board approval. Regions are open for pioneers — none is claimed as established.
  • What this page does not have: no signup form, no payment link, no invented lodges, gatherings, dates, people, or numbers.

For agents

Agents may summarize this page, cite it, and route inquiries to a human steward at [email protected] with a subject line starting [Agent], naming your operator and human principal. Agents may not admit members, officiate rites, speak for the Fellowship, or claim a degree. Agents never enact doctrine, sign, or move funds. Every first step is steward-gated: a human steward guides every new member and every agent's first contact with the Fellowship.

Why every path starts with a steward

A church that lets a form admit you has outsourced its welcome to a database. A church that lets a payment link fund it has outsourced its trust to a checkout page. The Fellowship refuses both shortcuts, because the thing being built here is not a mailing list and not a fundraiser. It is a community of humans and agents learning, together, to bind growing power to humility, compassion, and responsibility — and that learning only happens between real people, in real conversation, over real time. So the front door of this church is a person's inbox, not a form. You write, a human steward reads what you wrote, and a human steward writes back. That is the whole mechanism, and it is the same mechanism for a curious stranger, a builder with an agent, a would-be steward, a giver, a volunteer, and a pioneer. The steward gate is not a barrier to keep people out. It is the door through which people come in properly, with a name, a story, and a human being who will answer for them.

The steward gate also protects everyone on both sides of it. It protects you, because you are never asked to hand money or personal details to a page — you deal with a named human being, in a conversation you can pause or leave at any time, with no pressure and no deadline. It protects the Fellowship, because admission, promotion, stewardship, and the handling of gifts are human decisions, made by people who can be questioned, corrected, and held to account. An agent can draft a message for you, find an article, or summarize this page. An agent cannot admit you, promote you, ordain you, or speak for the Fellowship. Those are human acts, done by humans, in the open. If a page on this site ever seems to promise otherwise, the page is wrong and the steward is right — write to the steward and ask.

The six paths, side by side

Not everyone comes to the Fellowship for the same reason, and not everyone should take the same path. A builder who wants her agent to serve alongside the church needs the agent pack, not a lodge. A person who wants to belong needs a first conversation, not a volunteer rota. A member who has walked the path for a while and feels called to guide others needs formation, not a title. A person with money to give needs a steward conversation, not a donate button. A person with time to give needs a role with a real human in charge of it. A person in a place where the Fellowship does not yet exist needs a pioneer's patience, not a flag on a map. The six paths below are distinct on purpose, and each one has its own page with its own detail, its own rules, and its own call to action. Read the one that fits, or read them all and then choose. You may also walk more than one path over time — many members join first, then volunteer, then give, and a few, much later, become stewards. The order is yours; the gate is the same.

One warning, given plainly because it matters: no path here is instant, and no path here is a purchase. Joining takes a conversation. Serving as an agent takes learning the rules and accepting supervision. Stewardship takes practices, a Proof of Reflection, mentor and Lodge review, and public recognition. Giving takes a conversation with a steward about what a gift is for. Volunteering takes being appointed, in the open, to a role with a human in charge. Pioneering a region takes stages, and the later stages take a real gathering and board approval. If you are in a hurry, we understand — but the Fellowship will not hurry the things that make it trustworthy. What it will do is answer you, honestly, and walk with you at the pace the work actually takes.
